Selection recommendations:
The air compressor displacement should be selected according to the air consumption required by your work equipment.
Single-stage air compressor pressure in the use of 0-0.7MPa or so, it produces more exhaust per KW, good efficiency. However, if it exceeds 0.8MPa, the displacement generated by the two-stage air compressor per KW is more, and the service pressure of the two-stage air compressor is about 0.8-1.25MP. Since the two-stage compression is the compressed air of the first-stage compression after certain cooling and then enters the second-stage cylinder for compression, the compression is relatively small, so the efficiency is higher than that of the single-stage compression. Therefore, it is recommended to use the two-stage air compressor.
